Here we answer (hopefully all!) questions you may have before your arrival and about the process.
Hotel
Unless otherwise requested, all guests will be accommodated at the Hotel Lethehof. The entire venue is reserved exclusively for our wedding weekend.
On Friday evening, we'll kick off the weekend with a barbecue together. The wedding reception will then take place on-site on Saturday—so you can enjoy the entire weekend with us without having to worry about traveling to and from the venue.
Costs (to be paid on site)
Single room - €95 per night
Double room - €125 per night
Triple room - €145
Breakfast included
There is sufficient parking available.

The Hotel Lethehof is conveniently located south of Oldenburg in the municipality of Wardenburg and is easily accessible via the A29.

Destination station: Oldenburg (Oldb)
Oldenburg is the nearest major train station with ICE and IC connections from Hamburg, Bremen, Cologne and the Ruhr area, among others.
Continuation from Oldenburg train station
• Bus line 314 towards Wardenburg, stop: “Wardenburg Lethehof” or “Wardenburg School”
• Travel time: approx. 20 minutes
• Alternatively: Taxi from the train station (approx. 15 minutes)

Dress code
Friday evening (barbecue)
Dress code: Casual. We will be outside.
Saturday (Ceremony & Celebration)
Dress code: Formal (men suit with tie, women dress or equivalent). Dress smartly – but the main thing is that you feel comfortable! You know, Julia loves a great outfit, but the most important thing is that you stay true to yourself and feel completely comfortable.
Please note that we are located in northern Germany and the weather can range from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius. Please check the weather before your departure and pack accordingly.
We're looking forward to colorful outfits. A small request: Please don't wear white on this special day—that color is traditionally reserved for the bride.
Gifts
The greatest gift for us is to spend this special day together with you and create unforgettable memories.
If you would like to give us a little extra treat, we would be happy to receive a contribution towards the cost of the wedding celebration.
Of course, personal gifts – in whatever form – are also very welcome.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks will be provided from arrival until departure.
When you register, please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances that we need to take into account.
There will be buffet-style food.

We have planned various activities for you on Saturday morning.
Participation is completely voluntary and optional.
